We understand that life happens. If you need to change the time or date of your consultation, our portal makes it easy to find a new slot that works for you.
How to Change Your Date
Log in to your dashboard and go to "Upcoming Appointments."
Select the "Reschedule" button next to your scheduled time.
You will see a live calendar of your practitioner’s availability. Select a new time and confirm the change.
You will receive a new confirmation email with the updated details.
Our Cancellation and Reschedule Policy To respect the time of our practitioners and other patients waiting for care, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes.
Late Cancellations: If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a "no-show" or late fee may apply.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be required to pay a rebooking fee before a new time can be secured.
Managing Your Treatment Gap If you reschedule your appointment to a much later date, please be aware that this may cause a gap in your medication supply. Our practitioners cannot legally write a renewal until they have seen you for your consultation. We recommend picking the earliest possible date to ensure your treatment remains continuous and effective.
