Why was my pharmacy refill cancelled?

Refills are typically tied to your active status in our program. If a subscription payment fails or you miss a required follow-up lab/appointment, our Practitioners are clinically required to pause refills until your care is reinstated. Contact us to to resolve any billing or scheduling issues.
