What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

Science & Humans requires at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a late fee may apply. If you miss your appointment without notice, you may be required to pay a rebooking fee before a new time can be secured. Additionally, once a payment is collected, the fee is nonrefundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time at no extra cost, and patients are notified 5 days before an upcoming charge, giving enough time to cancel if needed.
