Updating Your Pharmacy Preferences

We provide the flexibility to choose how you receive your medication. Whether you prefer the convenience of home delivery or the familiarity of your local pharmacist, you can manage these preferences through your account.

Partner Pharmacy (Home Delivery) Most patients choose our partner pharmacy for seamless service. When using our partner pharmacy, your prescription is sent electronically, processed automatically, and shipped directly to your door. This is the fastest way to receive specialized medications like bHRT creams or refrigerated injections.

Using a Local Pharmacy If you prefer to pick up your medication at a local pharmacy in your neighbourhood, please contact support@scienceandhumans.com. Please note that there is a 25$ administrative transfer fee that applies with every cycle. Once your NP writes the prescription, it will be faxed directly to that location.

Switching Between Options You can switch your pharmacy preference at any time before your consultation. If you decide to change your pharmacy after a prescription has already been sent, please contact our support team. Please note that once a local pharmacy has "filled" a script, we may not be able to transfer it back to home delivery until your next renewal cycle.
