If you are already on HRT or TRT with another clinic and wish to switch to Science & Humans, the process is simple. We require a copy of your most recent blood work (within the last 3 months) and your current prescription details. During your initial consultation, your new Science & Humans NP will review your history to ensure your current protocol is safe and effective before taking over your refills. This avoids the need to 'start from scratch' if you are already stable.
